Since the age of 16 Jet’s core motivation has been to understand the nature of reality, and she became convinced that this was the only way for her understand how to help in the world. In her explorations she studied and practiced yoga, chi kung, and energy healing. After overcoming some mental health challenges she trained in Intentional Peer Support, and went on to become a NY State Certified Peer Specialist (P). She trained in Suicide Prevention and the groundbreaking Peer Supported Open Dialogue. She is currently learning a form of educational kinesiology called Brain Gym, which has had a profoundly positive impact on her life.
